Returns + Exchanges

At Bevolix.com, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order or if there’s an issue, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Return Shipping: Bevolix will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return Process: Items must be returned in unused condition, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@bevolix.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Non-returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used personal care items (e.g., pacifiers, baby bottles).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Any items that have been altered or damaged by the customer.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is approved. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@bevolix.com with photos of the damaged product for a resolution.
