Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
Return Shipping: Bevolix will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Process: Items must be returned in unused condition, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@bevolix.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Non-returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used personal care items (e.g., pacifiers, baby bottles).
Customized or personalized items.
Gift cards and digital products.
Any items that have been altered or damaged by the customer.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is approved. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
Damaged Items:
